Team spirit is our top priority. We are a strong team of bright minds with character and passion. Whether sales talent, IT solution finder, digital native or technology expert – people with individual personalities and diverse skills work for us. Everyone is different, but together we play a decisive role in the success of our software and thus in the satisfaction of our customers. That makes us a winning team!
Lots of dogs and the good atmosphere – these are good arguments to choose a job at Setlog in Bochum, aren’t they? Maurice thinks so too and goes about his daily routine as a software developer.
Colorful and stressful, but also super creative and eventful. This is how Nora Breuker – Marketing Lead – describes her everyday work at Setlog. It’s never boring in the marketing team and there’s always plenty to do!
As one of the “old guys” at Setlog, there is always something to do, be it from history or when it comes to new adventures. For over 14 years, fortunately, no day is like the other for Christian.
Working with very individual people and knowing that her dogs are always welcome – these are some of the reasons why Simone has enjoyed working here since the beginnings of Setlog.
Jakob is one of the founders of Setlog and after 20 years is still passionate about the mission behind our software company, as well as the many changes we have experienced over the past decades.
“It’s creating things, in the real or virtual world, that fascinates me!” This is what Eduard says, who has been working at Setlog for numerous years and is part of our global team Globetrotter, serving customers all over the world.
Stephie, our power woman in our support is an absolute family man, dog mama and Canada fan with heart and soul. She supports our customers when user and OSCA do not harmonize as desired.
Supply chain management, what an abstract term. Not sexy at all. Or is it? In fact, our daily work is really exciting! We develop software that connects our customers with all their partners and makes the opaque supply chain with all its processes transparent and digital. What does that mean? No production under bad conditions, because our customers know where and how production takes place. They know exactly when deliveries will appear, can make data-based decisions and finally retire their endless spreadsheets, faxes and emails.
Who let the dogs out
We at Setlog know how important a good working atmosphere is. This definitely includes mood lifters on four paws! At the moment we have 9 office dogs that sweeten our everyday life.
Wanna go for a run?
For years, we have regularly run in the Bochum Half Marathon and donate every kilometer run to a good cause. To stay fit, there is an internal running group that meets regularly.
Do what you do best! It is important to us that our employees not only do a good job, but also feel comfortable and enjoy coming to work. Our relationships is therefore just as important as keeping our customers happy. We cook together, laugh a lot, go to after work events and also get along in private. Is everything always easy with us and are we never stressed? Absolutely not. We are all people, with rough edges, who have made it our mission to make a decisive impact on the digitalization and reinvention of the supply chain. That’s what we work on every day.
