Chronologically, the project phase can be divided into five parts. One of the most important aspects is employee training. The large project phases are:

  1. requirement analysis
  2. contract
  3. detailed conception
  4. start of implementation and step-by-step implementation
  5. integration tests, hypercare phase before “Go Live” and trainings
