Ralf Duester is a founding partner of Setlog GmbH, where he is responsible for Supply Chain Management & Logistics as Managing Director. He also acts as Chairman of the Board of the wholly owned subsidiary Setlog Corp. based in New York, USA. Duester is an expert in global sourcing, supply chain management and logistics in the apparel and consumer goods industries.
Jakob Gielen is a founding partner of Setlog GmbH and is responsible for the areas of Finance, Human Resources & Law as partner and authorized officer. Gielen has been a successful entrepreneur for many years. With over 15 years of experience as a managing director/board member, he is very familiar with managing organizations and employees as well as dealing with shareholders and investors.

Ralf Puetmann (born 1964) studied business administration at the University of Cologne / Pennstate University, USA and has more than 30 years of experience in international retail and fashion management, including 20 years at Metro Group AG. Until 2011, he was Vice Chairman of Galeria Kaufhof GmbH with changing responsibilities for purchasing, sales, marketing, strategy and change/innovation management as well as a member of the Metro Global Leadership Council, Chairman of Sportarena GmbH, Board Member of Galeria-INNO S.A., Brussels and Metro Group Buying, Hong Kong.

Professor Dr. Dr. h. c. Michael ten Hompel studied electrical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and earned his doctorate at the University of Witten/Herdecke. He holds the Chair of Materials Handling and Warehousing at TU Dortmund University, is Managing Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics and Institute Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Software and Systems Engineering. In addition to his scientific activities, Professor ten Hompel has also been active as an entrepreneur.

The company invests in companies in the Dortmund region, which are characterized by a particular innovative strength. In addition, Nico Hemmann is responsible for the Start-up and Innovation Center of Sparkasse Dortmund, which, beyond the investment business, supports companies in particular in obtaining public funding both in the context of start-ups, succession planning and growth financing.
