(Nuremberg, October 8, 2026) – The xalution group, an international provider of consulting and IT services in the ERP and CRM space and a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications, has teamed up with SCM solutions provider Setlog to develop x4OSCA, a new, ready-to-use integration solution. The solution connects Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management directly to OSCA, Setlog’s global supply chain collaboration platform, enabling automated, end-to-end data exchange between the two systems. As a result, users gain an up-to-date, consistent data foundation for planning and managing their supply chains directly within their ERP system.
The solution was developed in response to a common problem: many companies can only partially integrate external supply chain partners into their ERP processes – an issue that is particularly evident in fashion and retail projects. Here, relevant information such as purchase orders, delivery dates or shipping status is often held outside the company’s own system and has to be reconciled or transferred manually.
Automated data exchange between ERP and supply chain
The new x4OSCA Connector links the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management with OSCA, the supply chain collaboration platform from SCM solutions provider Setlog. With OSCA, companies can manage and control their collaboration with international suppliers and logistics partners on a single, structured platform. The solution is already in use at more than 150 brands.
With x4OSCA, jointly developed by Setlog and xalution, relevant supply chain data is exchanged between the systems and processed directly in the ERP system. This includes purchase orders and order confirmations, which are exchanged automatically between the ERP system and the supplier network. Supplier communication and logistics updates are reflected in the ERP system without requiring extensive changes to existing system landscapes. Microsoft Dynamics 365 remains the primary system for planning, control and process management.
Key features of the solution:
– Seamless integration through a standardized connection between the ERP system and the supplier network
– Automated purchase order export, transferring orders from MS Dynamics 365 to OSCA
– Import of order confirmations, which are processed directly in MS Dynamics 365
Shipping and logistics data can also be connected.
“Companies with an international footprint know the problem all too well: relevant data from suppliers and logistics partners sits outside their own system landscape. With x4OSCA and Setlog as our partner, we are now automatically bringing this data to where it is needed in day-to-day operations: into Microsoft Dynamics 365,” explains Tobias Endl, Managing Director of xalution.
Greater transparency and control across the entire supply chain
Integrating OSCA into Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers companies clear benefits in terms of transparency and control along the supply chain, for example through central coordination of purchase order processes via the ERP system. The standardized connection provided by x4OSCA eliminates the need for separate interfaces to individual suppliers and reduces manual effort through automated messaging.
Thanks to the x4OSCA Connector, purchase orders are exchanged automatically between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OSCA. Microsoft Dynamics 365 remains the central platform for planning and control, while OSCA handles operational collaboration with suppliers. [SH1] At the same time, the solution enables end-to-end tracking of international supply chains and supports more accurate planning and inventory management based on up-to-date data.
For management, this means improved control and transparency across all supply chain processes, including an end-to-end view of international supply chains and a sound basis for decision-making. In day-to-day operations, users benefit from less coordination effort between the ERP system and the supplier network, as well as the automated exchange of purchase orders and order confirmations. Shipping and logistics data can also be connected.
“Companies with complex supply chains today expect their systems to work together as seamlessly as they themselves do with their suppliers and supply chain partners around the world. Integrating OSCA into Microsoft Dynamics 365 is the logical response: a consistent foundation for control that connects ERP and the supply chain network, giving companies the basis for faster, better-informed decisions,” adds Sabine Hansen, Lead Partner Management at Setlog.
x4OSCA is available now for integration into compatible Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
