The solution connects Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management directly to OSCA, Setlog&#8217;s global supply chain collaboration platform, enabling automated, end-to-end data exchange between the two systems. As a result, users gain an up-to-date, consistent data foundation for planning and managing their supply chains directly within their ERP system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The solution was developed in response to a common problem: many companies can only partially integrate external supply chain partners into their ERP processes \u2013 an issue that is particularly evident in fashion and retail projects. Here, relevant information such as purchase orders, delivery dates or shipping status is often held outside the company&#8217;s own system and has to be reconciled or transferred manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Automated data exchange between ERP and supply chain<\/strong><br>The new x4OSCA Connector links the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management with OSCA, the supply chain collaboration platform from SCM solutions provider Setlog. With OSCA, companies can manage and control their collaboration with international suppliers and logistics partners on a single, structured platform. The solution is already in use at more than 150 brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With x4OSCA, jointly developed by Setlog and xalution, relevant supply chain data is exchanged between the systems and processed directly in the ERP system. This includes purchase orders and order confirmations, which are exchanged automatically between the ERP system and the supplier network. Supplier communication and logistics updates are reflected in the ERP system without requiring extensive changes to existing system landscapes. Microsoft Dynamics 365 remains the primary system for planning, control and process management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key features of the solution:<br>&#8211; Seamless integration through a standardized connection between the ERP system and the supplier network<br>&#8211; Automated purchase order export, transferring orders from MS Dynamics 365 to OSCA<br>&#8211; Import of order confirmations, which are processed directly in MS Dynamics 365<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping and logistics data can also be connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Companies with an international footprint know the problem all too well: relevant data from suppliers and logistics partners sits outside their own system landscape. In day-to-day operations, users benefit from less coordination effort between the ERP system and the supplier network, as well as the automated exchange of purchase orders and order confirmations.
